Buying items online can be a daunting task, so we want you to realize that there is absolutely ZERO​ RISK in buying something at GADGET BITZ. 

Change of mind

We stand behind the products we sell on GADGET BITZ therefore if an order doesn’t meet your expectations we will happily refund you, as long as the product is returned unused in its original condition within 45 days of receipt. This includes the product manual and packaging. Please be mindful not to assemble or modify a product before returning it; otherwise we will not be able to refund your purchase. GADGET BITZ is also unable to refund, and return an item where the packaging or product is returned damaged or marked.

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

Dissatisfaction With Product

If you for ANY reason feel the product that you’ve purchased does not show the requirements that you initially had in mind, then you do have the option to request a refund, 
Here are the circumstances in which refunds will be granted:
You can get a refund if:
  • You are NOT happy with your order: You’ve purchased your Gadget bitz products in the last 45 days and want to return them, we will process full refund as soon as possible when we receive the items from you (If the product is intact) 
  • The product you’ve purchased is completely non-functional
  • You did not receive your product within 60 business days or 90 business days (South America) of purchase
PS ... Instructions on how to refund the items will be provided by mail.


Please note that refunds can take 3-5 business days to return in your account.

# 45 days from date of delivery in new condition with no visible wear and tear(intact).


This warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not cover:
  1. Damage caused by accident
  2. Improper care
  3. Normal wear and tear
  4. Break down of colors and materials due to sun exposure
  5. After-market modifications

No returns/exchanges for products with water/sun exposure will be accepted.


For the fastest resolution, please include a photograph demonstrating the poor quality or the damaged area of the item. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed. 

We will use this information to help you with your order, and eliminate errors in future.


Buyer must always pay for return shipping if not covered by our warranty against manufacturer defects and exchange is not due to our error.

Upon safe receipt of your returned unused item, we will inspect the item before advising you by email that a refund has been processed. We will refund your item at the purchase price (- shipping cost).
